Drawing from the vibrant sonic worlds of jazz, post-punk and post-rock, VENTILATEUR creates a powerful yet elegant sound that expresses a lust for life with all its complexities. The Bruges-based four-piece, consisting of Iben Stalpaert on drums, Jasper Hollevoet on bass, Daan Soenens on guitar and Hart Cornelis on synth, uses angular rhythms and flowing melodies to construct compositions that encapsulate both contrast and cohesion.
