Davina and Sophia – Both Rotterdam based artists, graduated from Codarts and lovers of soul and jazz music, the two singers, musicians and songwriters joined their forces in August 2021 to create a set of original work and covers where vocal harmonies and melody counterpoint lines and guitars are deeply intertwined. Some of their main artistic influences are Lianne La Havas, Joni Mitchell, Donny Hathaway and Nai Palm. Expect a soulful acoustic duo performance with no shortage of ad libs, warm vocal textures, dreamy vibes and jazzy chords.
