Pand P Podium – Davina Marinozzi

Originally from Italy, Rotterdam based singer, guitarist and composer Davina Marinozzi attended and graduated from Codarts Conservatory in 2020 in Jazz music. During her Codarts years she started writing her own music, which clearly showed all her artistic influences (Joni Mitchell, Shade, Lianne la Havas, Yebba and more): Davina’s songs dive into the sultry tones of Jazz and Neo-Soul, and into intriguing harmonies that perfectly serve and participate in the stories she wants to tell and share.

In July 2019 she performed on the talent stage of North Sea Jazz, and in September 2021 she made it to the finale of the Grote Prijs van Rotterdam. On November 26 (2021) she released her DEBUT ALBUM Desiderio, which is now available on all digital platforms and in physical copies. The record includes the single Lullaby of the Sea, which features 5-time GRAMMY award-winning bass player, composer and producer Michael League
